If you use FTP, you will need to login to your cpanel and re-create any FTP account(s) you that you previously used.  Look at your FTP program's settings to find the name of the FTP account it uses.  If you can't remember the password, make up a new one when you recreate the FTP account, then change the password in your FTP program to match it.
