We've done the Twitter thing, and that is fine.  But in just the few days that we have been using Twitter to send status updates, we have noticed that Twitter seems to get overloaded quite often.  That kind of defeats the purpose of using it to notify our clients of critical news, such as scheduled server maintenance.

     So, that brings us to the purpose of this blog.  It is hosted with our domain registrar company, www.DomainOfficials.com.  That means it is on a different server and will hopefully be funcional during times that www.VolcanoHost.com may be having issues.  You may notice there is a Twitter feed on the right, so you may see the same message in both locations (if Twitter is running at the time).

     Please take the time now to bookmark this site or subscribe to one of our feeds, also listed on the right-hand sidebar.  If you are into getting SMS text messages on your phone, you may also want to follow us on Twitter.  These are all tools that are at your disposal that can help keep you informed of important news relating to your hosting account at VolcanoHost.
